We have MS Exchange environment with 8 Exchange servers. We have Log Insight 4.3 with MS Exchange CP 3.2. We have configured it according to attached documentation with regards to some doubts in another forum thred here. Now some dashboards are empty or contain wrong data:
1. Information on widget Microsoft - Exchange > User information > Number of users per server is wrong:
Total number of users is correct (after summary of users from all servers), but numbers for specific servers on this widget are wrong:
One server has a real number 2176 while widget displays 4106
Another server has 2457 while widget displays 908
2. Some Microsoft - Exchange widgets are empty:
Mailbox > "Database health check events by hostname, health check status"
Mailbox > "Insufficient Data Redundancy events by server, status"
Mailbox > "Free space on drive with Exchange data path over time, grouped by FQDN"
Transport > "Back pressure events by hostname, event ID"
Transport > "Critical Storage Error event by hostname"
Transport > "Resource Pressure Increase events by ending pressure level, hostname, change direction"
Performance Counters > "Maximum of local delivery calls/second (inbound) over time grouped by hostname"
Performance counters > "Maximum of message delivery attempts/second (inbound) over time grouped by hostname
Performance counters > "Maximum of recipients delivered/second (inbound) over time grouped by hostname"
Performance counters > "Maximum of submitted mail items/second (outbound) over time grouped by hostname"
Email Statistics > Top users sent email size
Email Statistics > Top users received email size
Email Statistics > Top users sent email size (MB) per server
Email Statistics > Top users received email size (MB) per server
